The UK federal government has released a guide to public-sector innovation procurement which guarantees to provide vendors insight into upcoming innovation spending in the ₤ 46bn ($60bn) market.

The Cabinet Office, which manages cross-government efforts, has published an 11-point “playbook” on sourcing and contracting of infotech in the UK public sector.
